Appraisals can be for properties such as: SFR, Condo, Manufactured Homes, 2-4 Unit Income Properties (Duplex, Triplex, Quadruplex) and can be Full (Interior and Exterior) or Exterior Only.  Appraisal Major and Other Forms include: 1004, 1004C, 1073, 1075, 1025, 2055, 1004D, 216, 1007.
