Appraisals can be for properties such as: SFR, Condo, Manufactured Homes, 2-4 Unit Income Properties (Duplex, Triplex, Quadruplex) and can be Full (Interior and Exterior) or Exterior Only. Appraisal Major and Other Forms include: 1004, 1004C, 1073, 1075, 1025, 2055, 1004D, 216, 1007.
Appraisal Services include Residential and Commercial Appraisals, Field and Desk Review Appraisals, and Update Appraisals.
Our clients include Banks, Mortgage Bankers, Mortgage Brokers, Other Lending Institutions, Attorneys (Expert Witness, Real Estate, Trusts or Divorce), Insurance Companies, Individuals, Builders, etc.
