Broker Listing Fees are Negotiable
Listing properties with sellers is contractual and the fees are negotiable. Buyers do not pay fees as the seller in the transaction pays all commissions. When sellers are educated about commissions and the fees that can be made available to the agents to sell the property, they quickly realize that it is in their best interest to pay higher commissions in the thousands of dollars than to reduce the sales price by tens of thousands of dollars over and over again. Listing agreements are usually six months to one year in length.
Commercial Fees for Appraisal Services
Commercial appraisal services are prepared after a Scope of Work is provided by the client. Depending on the complexity of the project and the time constraints, a fee will be prepared by the commercial appraiser.
